1. The service
FrizzlenHost (“we”, “us”) provides game server, bot and container hosting. By creating an account or purchasing a service you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
3. Payments & renewals
- Services are billed in advance on the cycle you select (monthly, quarterly or annually).
- Invoices are issued 7 days before the due date. Unpaid services are suspended 72 hours after the due date and terminated, with all data deleted, 7 days after the due date.
- Initiating a chargeback results in immediate suspension of all services on the account pending resolution.
4. Refunds
See the Refund Policy. In short: a 72-hour money-back guarantee applies to the first server purchase on an account; renewals are non-refundable.
5. Your data & backups
You retain ownership of content you upload. Plan backup limits are stated on each plan; we additionally maintain infrastructure backups but you are responsible for keeping your own copies of critical data. Data is irrecoverably deleted after termination.
6. Service levels
We target 99.5%+ monthly uptime per node, excluding scheduled maintenance (announced in advance) and events outside our control (upstream network incidents, DDoS mitigation actions). Where we materially miss this, contact billing for service credit.
7. Acceptable use & termination by us
We may suspend or terminate services that violate the Acceptable Use Policy, endanger platform stability, or remain unpaid. Where reasonable we will contact you first.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data you had not backed up.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
