Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-10

Draft — review for your jurisdiction before launch.

This policy applies to every service we host. Violations may result in suspension or termination under the Terms of Service.

Never allowed

  • Illegal content or activity of any kind, including distribution of copyrighted material you do not have rights to.
  • Attacking others: DDoS origination, booters/stressers, port scanning, credential stuffing, malware hosting or command-and-control.
  • Cryptocurrency mining on any plan.
  • Open proxies, VPN exit nodes, Tor exit relays, or traffic anonymisation services (VPS/bot plans).
  • Mass mail / spam, phishing pages, or fraud of any kind.
  • Attempting to escape your container, access other customers’ data, or interfere with platform infrastructure.

Game-specific rules

  • Minecraft: servers must comply with the Mojang/Microsoft EULA. Running online-mode=false to facilitate piracy-based communities is not supported; proxy setups (Velocity/Bungee) with proper IP-forwarding are fine.
  • Cheats/exploit tooling that targets other servers or players is prohibited.

Resource fairness

Plans include the resources stated on the plan. Sustained abuse designed to circumvent limits (fork bombs, swap thrashing, disk-filling) may trigger automatic limits or suspension.

Reporting abuse

Email abuse@frizzlenhost.com with evidence (URLs, IPs, timestamps, logs). DMCA notices should include the standard statutory elements; we action verified notices by removing or disabling access to the material and notifying the customer.
