72-hour money-back guarantee

The first server product purchased on an account qualifies for a full refund if requested within 72 hours of deployment, no questions asked. Open a Billing ticket from the client area to claim it.

Not refundable

• Renewal invoices (cancel before your renewal date instead — you keep the service until the period ends).
• Add-ons, upgrades, and configurable options after the 72-hour window.
• Services suspended or terminated for Acceptable Use Policy violations.
• Time lost due to issues inside your server (plugins, mods, configs) rather than our platform.

Cancellations

Cancel any time from the client area: choose end of billing period (default) or immediate. Immediate cancellation does not generate a pro-rata refund.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us first — disputes filed without contact result in account suspension while the dispute is open, per the Terms of Service.
