Billing FAQ — upgrades, cancellation, suspension

When am I billed?

Invoices generate 7 days before your due date and email you a payment link. Stripe subscriptions charge automatically; PayPal users pay each invoice (or set up a PayPal subscription).

What happens if I don’t pay?

  • Due date +72 hours: server suspended (stopped, files intact).
  • Due date +7 days: server terminated and data deleted — we send a final warning first.
  • Pay any time before termination and the server unsuspends automatically.

How do I upgrade or downgrade?

Client area → your service → Upgrade/Downgrade. Upgrades apply within minutes (your server restarts with the new resources); price changes are pro-rated to your billing date. Your files are untouched.

How do I cancel?

Client area → service → Cancel → choose end of billing period (keep using it until then) or immediate. No cancellation fees.

Can I get a copy of my data before cancelling?

Yes — download a backup from the panel before your service ends. After termination data is unrecoverable.
